FOR YOGIS AND THE BABIES THEY LOVE WHO ARE SIX WEEKS THRU NEW WALKERS

This unique class combines yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between yogi and baby.  It’s a great way to take part in an understanding community of other new moms! Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures, and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment for babies. Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. Bring a blanket/toy for your baby and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No prior yoga experience necessary. You and your newborn are welcome and may participate as gently as you like; if you have questions about when to start, do ask your midwife or doctor. Moms, Dads, care givers are welcome too! All levels.
Initial session will be four weeks February 13, 20, 27 and March 5, 2016. $60
