"A majority of the people who like to live peaceful, tranquil lives with strength and compassion, with character and commitment, will come to yoga and practice whichever form of yoga their good luck brings them." These are the words of Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga. In the late 1960's he brought this yoga to the west, teaching it openly to all for the first time in history, to help us prepare for the rough transition into the Aquarian Age. It is designed for the busy householder, not the ascetic recluse. The Kundalini yogi will develop awareness, intuition, compassion and a
sacred presence Don't worry if you're not flexible and you've never tried yoga before.. It's a come-as-you-are party. The guest of honor – your highest self.
