Eka is offering FREE noon-time "No Sweat" classes! This half hour class on Wednesdays at Noon is designed to help you take a meaningful break from your busy work day. Come as you are in your work attire and participate in breathing exercises and gentle stretching to release the tension from your shoulders and the stress from your mind. Sit on a stool or chair - provided (you don't have to get down on the floor) and leave feeling refreshed without breaking a sweat. Snacks will be available for those needing something quick and healthy on the go.
