This short sample class will feature similar benefits of a longer class and give participants an opportunity to experience the style of yoga offered at Eka by Laura Coburn. Suitable for all levels and first timers. We'll begin with some quiet time to get centered, connect with the breath and become present. We'll continue with some gentle warm-ups and continue into stretching, followed by standing postures and a short flow series. We'll end with a 10-minute guided relaxation.
