This gentle yoga class is designed to help wake-up the body and the mind and prepare for the day/weekend. This class is held at a slower pace. Yogic breathing (pranayama) and relaxation techniques will be incorporated. No previous experience is needed. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
