Wednesday Evenings: 5:30 - 7:00 pm

July 3 - August 28, 2013 (8 week series over 9 weeks - no class July 31)
Explore the benefits of asana (postures) with warm-ups. Yogic breathing (pranayama) and relaxation/mediation techniques along will also be incorporated. All equipment is provided. Walk-ins welcome if space is available, $20/class. Full Session/$120
